Primarily responsible for planning, monitoring, and coordinating the job flow within and between each of the manufacturing and support departments to ensure the accurate and on-time completion of customer orders.

Position responsibilities:

• Reviews customer orders requirements against material and tooling availability for the generation of production work orders.
• Identifies material requirements on all work orders, enters “Request for Quote” and ensures purchase orders have been entered.
• Generates and releases all Engineered Product work orders to Production.
• Creates production schedules.
• Reserves raw material for future deliveries.
• Reviews, approves and processes Order Amendments and expedite requests from Customer Service.
• Advises the Production & Customer Service staff via production meetings or emails on priorities
• Ensures that all costs associated with the job have been applied properly 
• Review and address/correct schedule exception reports daily.
• Responsible for daily transactions related to work orders.
• Ensure same day shipments of stock products.
