Key Responsibilities
- Test Execution: Perform routine functional tests on components, sub-assemblies, and finished goods using specialized equipment (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes, or automated test software).
- Quality Inspection: Visually inspect products for physical defects, assembly errors, or cosmetic damage.
- Data Logging: Maintain accurate records of test results, including "Pass/Fail" rates, and document specific failure points in a tracking system.
- Troubleshooting: Identify the root cause of failures and collaborate with the engineering or assembly teams to rectify recurring issues.
- Equipment Maintenance: Calibrate and maintain testing tools and jigs to ensure accuracy and safety.

Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Technical Proficiency: Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to diagnose why a product is not performing to spec.
- Physical Dexterity: Comfort working with small components and hand tools; ability to stand for extended periods.

Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Electronics or a related technical field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or QA environment.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles is a plus.
